1. Shipping

Tracking

2. Replacements & Exchanges

You may request a replacement or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Once inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued immediately.

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
3. Returns / Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
